Palletizer Operator

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the automated palletising robots, monitoring performance, adjusting robot programmes as required, and troubleshooting faults to ensure efficient, safe and continuous production for the UK’s leading fruit grower, delivering a complete fresh produce service since 1968.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure all palletising robots are operating efficiently
- Quickly identify and resolve any technical or operational issues
- Maintain smooth workflow and minimise downtime
- Work closely with team members to support production targets
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding (preferred)
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts
Shift Options
- 5 days on / 2 days off
- 4 days on / 3 days off
- Up to 12-hour shifts
What We Offer
- Pay rate at £14 per hour
- Overtime paid at £17.50
