We're busy on our farms all year round, but harvesting those delicious summer fruits is the busiest time of all. It takes more than 1,400 people to pick our fruits at Mansfields, from as near as just down the road to as far away as the other side of the world. If we're not out picking, we're out tending to our trees and plants, maintaining our equipment and planting for the years ahead.

Freshness and quality in fruit production at scale takes an incredible amount of planning and care. We use the latest technology to rapidly chill our fruit to give it the maximum possible shelf life whilst preserving quality of flavour, texture and appearance. With longer-lasting fruit comes reduced food wastage, helping us to achieve our environmental ambitions.

Graded and packed

Our state-of-the-art grading machinery allows us to sort our fruit incredibly efficiently and with phenomenal precision, ensuring size and quality is exactly how our customers expect it to be.

Mansfields has the capability to pack 812 different items, with storage for more than 1,500 pallets. Our specialised team not only packs fruit grown at Mansfields but also from other partners and importers who utilise our extremely cost-effective packing services.
